剧情介绍：
周筱风是东立医院心内科副主任医师，他性格内敛，工作生活严格自律，是科主任白及和院领导的重点培养对象，是心内科的骨干。他与性格直率冲动的心外医生林逸成为冠脉小组的搭档，两人医疗理念不同，分歧很大。林逸也是刚入职不久，之前在西立医院只专注做手术，缺少与同事的交流和协作，他的直属领导兼老师曹诺亚认为这不利于他成长，因此推荐他去东立医院新成立的心脏中心工作。周筱风的妹妹方筱然为了追求自己的理想，也为了缓和哥哥与母亲的关系，考入东立医院成为心外重症监护室医生。三个人在治病救人的过程中，由不理解、对峙到相互欣赏、扶持，成为了很好的工作伙伴。
