剧情介绍：
《武林外传》的姐妹篇，延续了《武林外传》的幽默无厘头的风格；一部微博时代的喜剧，剧中融入加薪、跳槽、同业竞争、职业规划等与都市人息息相关的爆笑剧情，堪称古装职场剧；姚晨、黄晓明、佟大为等大牌明星客串，“酱油”阵容惊喜不断。龙门镖局曾是中原最大镖局。后来，随着时代的变迁，龙门镖局日益衰败。龙门镖局的少镖头接到一趟大镖，利润丰厚，却在中途遭到山贼的袭击，全军覆没。镖局遭到巨额索赔，面临破产。京城隆昌票号的少东家陆三金挺身而出，为镖局偿还了巨额债务，并收购了镖局，成为新东家。然而，收购后才发现，大家都在混日子。镖局少奶奶盛秋月看在眼里，急在心头，由于不懂经营，她在镖局说不上话，而三金的理念与原有的经营思路产生了严重冲突，镖局矛盾被激化。正当三金决定放弃时，盛秋月把自己的股份分给大家，唤起了大家对镖局的信心。随后，陆三金亲自率领镖局的一干人等，用实际行动重振了龙门镖局的雄风。
