剧情介绍：
高级化验师高彦博凭借敏锐的观察力和专业的法证知识，在多起案件中从细微线索找出关键证据。他的妻子古泽瑶身为法医，也为案件提供了诸多重要线索。然而，古泽瑶在一次意外中不幸离世，让高彦博陷入悲痛。此时，女法医专家梁小柔和高级督察马帼英加入团队。梁小柔性格直爽，与高彦博默契十足；马帼英则是个雷厉风行的女强人，她的加入为团队注入了新的活力，她们正在追查大毒枭戴贵，戴贵逼走了另一个毒枭石头勇而独霸了整个市场。正当扫毒组和法证组合力追寻到戴贵的手下和国外毒贩交易，准备将得意洋洋的戴贵捉捕时，戴贵所乘坐的汽车竟然爆炸了。恰巧这时汀汀和高彦博的女友小柔经过，爆炸令汀汀死去，小柔重伤，大家一时间都陷入悲痛情绪。以逸升对炸弹的熟悉、泽琛从尸体上获取的答案、彦博从法证上取得的证据，再加上帼英锲而不舍的调查，杀害汀汀的凶徒终难逃法网。而泽琛也终于能从阴影的日子中走出来，重新振作，为了汀汀，坚强地活下去。
