剧情介绍：
因为儿时的一场较量，少女林格被少年聂迟引荐进入体校开始了短道速滑职业生涯。林格乐观豪爽、粗中有细，聂迟沉稳犀利满怀理想，两人在老父亲般的体校教练方世忠的爱护之下成长，与方教练儿子方超一同进入省队。林格受困于重男轻女的复杂家庭，训练不规律，基础薄弱；而聂迟因为性格直率冷淡，难以适应团体战术训练。纵使训练生活频频受挫，幸好三人相互支撑，聂迟也对林格逐渐萌发了另一种情感。正逢北京冬奥会申办成功，在经验丰富的省队教练韩冰悉心教导之下，他们从体校愣头青迅速成长为国家集训队队员，与形形色色的队友和对手相遇、较量、别离，共同渡过伤病困扰与成名后的迷失，最终携手登上国际赛场，用热血青春捍卫国家荣誉。
