剧情介绍：
正直的警察石东升因为牵涉一宗谋杀案，无辜坐了十五年冤狱才得到平反。十五年的冤狱终得昭雪，石东升出狱后不久即要求重回警队。他虽然查出了冤狱的真相，却苦无证据将真凶正法，于是他向真凶执行了私刑，而此事更将他潜藏多年、极端嫉恶如仇的怒气释放出来。自此之后，每当遇到法律未能制裁的凶徒，东升便以替天行道为由，不惜一切地下执法，自行处置凶徒。东升的好搭档米安定察觉到东升有异样后，开始与东升的关系变得亦友亦敌。东升越走越极端，甚至伤害安定的挚爱来打击他，但安定坚持执法原则，誓要找出证据将东升绳之以法，二人的斗争由暗变明。
