剧情介绍：
一万年前的极限战争中，代表人类祖先的不死生物，封印了其他52只不死生物后，获得了最终胜利，人类从此得以在地球上繁衍生息。而21世纪的现在，封印被破解，这些不死生物再次苏醒了。为了阻止它们破坏人类的世界，BOARD（人类基盘史研究所）的所长乌丸开发出了假面骑士系统，用来封印那些不死生物。橘朔也和剑崎一真使用腰带变身成为假面骑士星币和假面骑士剑，就此展开了他们的英雄之战。故事初期的橘虽然有协助对抗不死生物，但他对剑等人也是敌视的态度。第三个假面骑士卡利斯——也就是相川始，这个亦正亦邪的角色让众人的立场发生了动摇。而最后出现的假面骑士是由睦月变身的假面骑士权杖，虽然他一开始被蜘蛛不死生物控制了，但在剑和橘等前辈的帮助下，睦月终于恢复意志，成为了正义的战士。
