剧情介绍：
童年贫瘠的时光，姜生（孙怡饰）和凉生（马天宇饰）相依相偎，尽管是没有血缘的兄妹，仍对彼此不离不弃，物质虽然匮乏，精神却无比充实。他们双双考入理想大学后一场车祸，凉生失踪，由此揭开了凉生的身世之谜。姜生苦心寻找凉生，程天佑（钟汉良饰）陪伴左右，深深爱上了这个平凡而不平常的女孩。凉生回归，成为了程天佑的表弟，错综复杂的家族关系，让三人的生活再也无法平静。噩耗降临，凉生得了骨髓血癌，姜生为挽救凉生的生命，放弃出国留学的机会，割舍对程天佑的爱，回到凉生身边。尽管治愈希望渺茫，姜生相信不放弃就有希望。程天佑为爱绝望之后，背城而去。当病情逐步好转，凉生终于放下负担，昭告天下对姜生的爱，姜生却拒绝了凉生。在历经重重困难之后，姜生真正领悟到了生活的意义和爱情的真谛，勇敢追寻自己的内心。姜生远走法国，磨难之后，相爱的人终于收获了爱与信仰。
