剧情介绍：
本剧讲述某国际知名专卖店里，前任店长刚调走，新店长尚未上任；在这“半自由无政府”状态下，店员杜紫藤享受着可以天天上班迟到的生活；可另一店员苏爽爽却是截然不同的工作态度，每天早去晚回的忙里忙外，原来她是利用职务之便和小手段，亏空店里的钱赚取差价。这一天注定是苏爽爽倒霉的日子，新店长程鑫“微服出巡”，苏爽爽误认为是顾客，故伎重演利用VIP会员卡盗用公款，这事被程鑫当场戳穿，当场辞退了她，并正式接任了“店长”职务，杜紫藤和Francois两人大吃一惊。程鑫宣布要招一名男员工，紫藤却暗地里怪招百出，准备搞砸“招工计划”，阴差阳错竟把过来买东西的朱葛给强招了进来......
