剧情介绍：
二十一世纪初，亚洲年轻富商何凡接受访问，讲述自己白手起家的艰苦发家史，从而引出了何凡父母客死异乡的悲惨身世；二十世纪70年代末，香港商人何俊携妻张丽及一对十岁的孪生兄弟奔赴新加坡创业。　　新加坡富商钟基之女钟睛垂涎于何俊的俊朗外貌却遭到拒绝，于是使用恶毒手段将何俊夫妇迫害致死。何氏兄弟被送回中国内地，他们立志要出人头地，为父母报仇雪恨。90年代初，随着改革浪潮的蓬勃涌动，兄弟俩决定抓住机遇有所作为，早日与仇家一决高低。就在何氏兄弟奋发图强之时，几个性格迥异的女人闯进了他们的生活，引发了一段段情感纠葛。　　长子何平英俊倜傥、踌躇满志，有商业灵感但缺乏恒心；次子何凡相貌平平，却脚踏实地，于是将何平半途而废的生意逐步发展起来。何平看到何凡所取得的成绩心有不甘，于是奔赴新加坡再起炉灶，谁知遇到仇人钟晴之女钟美，历史再次重演，结局却比历史更为惨痛。兄弟俩由于性格差异所至，走上了两条完全不同的道路，最终反目成仇，由兄弟变为对手，商战、家仇、感情相互纠缠，一场正义与邪恶的较量开始了。
