剧情介绍：
唐高宗年间，汴州县令汪子峰一家突遭横祸，全家上下惨遭杀害，主人公狄仁杰被歹人陷害含冤入狱。狄仁杰的随从墨雨救主心切，带领数十百姓拦路喊冤，求救于途径此地的河南黜陟使阎立本。几经波折，墨雨的诚意打动黜陟使大人，阎立本不顾统领赵宝的阻拦答应前往狱中会见狄仁杰。不料，赵宝请出圣旨要求阎立本速速回朝，就在阎大人领旨回朝之际，墨雨不顾危险用炸药炸毁山路，恳请阎大人在汴州停留为狄仁杰伸冤。阎立本颇为动容，随墨雨前往狱中探望。来到狱中，阎立本见狄仁杰身无枷锁自由出入牢房，一众犯人皆高唱歌谣，赞颂狄仁杰，控诉驻军首领萧朝天。
