剧情介绍：
根据警方卧底情报，苏南省境内两大制贩毒团伙，在南华市进行交易，省内最大的毒贩“米叔”极有可能露面，为将这个制贩毒团伙一网打尽，苏南省公安厅做了周密的抓捕计划，展开723联合专项行动。正当警方准备收网之际，交警夏海蓉却误打误撞闯进了毒品交易现场，大战一触即发，缉毒总队的卧底警察段世强冒险掩护了夏海蓉。“米叔”欲引爆炸药并射杀段世强，关键时刻，南华支队队长刘和清果断将其击毙，救了段一命，也保证了全体警员的安全。段世强却认为到手的线索断了，缉毒总队精心布置了两年的卧底计划彻底以失败告终，指责刘和清不该打死“米叔”，二人顿生嫌隙。
