剧情介绍：
二十世纪中叶，德国纳粹为了将逃难到中国上海的3万犹太人全部消灭掉，党卫军上校梅辛格制定了“梅辛格计划”，准备一网打尽上海滩的犹太人。为了粉碎其阴谋，汉堡著名的犹太人银行家艾伦将“梅辛格计划”和一笔救助金交给了自己的女儿琳达，并委托留学生李庭龙将琳达送到上海，然后与前来抓他的盖世太保同归于尽。李庭龙带着琳达冒着生命危险躲避着梅辛格的追杀，回到上海后却又陷入到德国纳粹、日本67号特务机构和上海黑帮三股恶势力的的追杀，上海滩顿时成为一个国际战场。
